Return & Refund Policy

Clear resolutions when something is not right.

Because Bio Pointe supplies research-use-only materials with handling and documentation requirements, returns are limited and must be approved before anything is sent back.

Return eligibility

  • Return requests must be opened within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Returns require written authorization from Bio Pointe support before shipment.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without refund.

Non-returnable items

Opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, customer-mishandled, or post-delivery temperature-compromised materials are not eligible for return. Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, payment-processing costs, and optional service fees are generally non-refundable unless Bio Pointe determines an error occurred before fulfillment.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Bio Pointe approves the return because of a verified fulfillment error. Approved returns should use a trackable shipping method. Bio Pointe cannot issue a refund for return shipments that are not received.

Refund review

Approved returns are inspected after receipt. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment route when possible, usually within 5-10 business days after review. Bank, card, ACH, crypto, wallet, or hosted-payment settlement timing may vary by provider.

Order issues

If an order arrives damaged, missing an item, or materially different from the order record, open a support request within 48 hours of carrier delivery confirmation. Include the order number, packaging photos, product photos, and a clear description of the issue.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be reviewed before fulfillment begins. Once an order has moved to fulfillment, shipment, or payment capture, cancellation may no longer be available.

RUO acknowledgement

Returns and refunds do not modify Bio Pointe's RUO restrictions. Materials remain for research use only and are not for human or animal use.
