Shipping Policy

Shipping that keeps the order path clear.

Bio Pointe ships research-use-only catalog materials to the delivery address selected at checkout using domestic standard shipping. Available shipping charges are shown before order submission, and tracking is provided when available.

Processing time

Orders are reviewed after account checkout, RUO acknowledgement, payment routing, and address details are complete. Processing and transit timing depend on documentation or payment review, inventory, destination, weather, carrier conditions, and order volume.

  • Carrier selection and service level may vary by order and destination.
  • Tracking is provided when available.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address. Bio Pointe is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, replacement costs, or carrier fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable addresses.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, delivery status is based on the carrier scan. Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered unless a claim is opened with Bio Pointe support within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

Returned packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed delivery attempt, restricted destination, or carrier hold expiration may require additional shipping fees before reshipment. Refund eligibility for returned packages is reviewed case by case.

Shipping claims

Missing, damaged, delayed, or temperature-concern claims must be submitted through our contact form or account support with the order number, tracking number, photos when relevant, and a short description. Bio Pointe reviews the carrier record and order details before determining the available resolution.

Bio Pointe materials are supplied for research use only and are not for human or animal use. Shipping policies do not change product-use restrictions, storage guidance, or handling notes shown on product records.
